By creating an account or using the DinHisab mobile app or website (together, the "Service"), operated by Sahil Middya, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

DinHisab is a cloud-based billing, invoicing, inventory, and digital ledger (khata) management platform for small businesses, offering features such as invoice creation, payment tracking, product and service management, party (customer/vendor) records, employee records, and reports.

You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us promptly at support@dinhisab.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

Certain features of DinHisab require a paid subscription. Prices and billing periods are shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely by Razorpay; DinHisab does not store your card or bank details.

Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with or disrupt the Service, or to attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems.

You retain ownership of the business data you enter into DinHisab, including invoices, products, parties, employees, and reports. We process this data solely to provide you the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The DinHisab name, logo, app, and website, excluding your own business data, are the property of Sahil Middya and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting support@dinhisab.com.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DinHisab and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
